Culinary Arts Classes Fall 2021

After a year-long hiatus due to COVID, it’s a wonderful feeling to be able to cook and serve healthy, delicious lunches again! Students in the Culinary Arts classes have been hard at work (and play) creating vibrant, delicious, seasonal, local, and healthy lunches as part of our revamped farm-to-kitchen program, and the rest of the school has been reaping the benefits as well! The culinary program incorporates organic produce from our own farm on-site, as well as from local organic vendors. Students learn about nutrition, culinary skills and techniques, recipes and ingredients, as well as teamwork and real job skills, and have a lot of fun doing it too!
